Located at Courbaton Village, nestled in the forest close to Arc 1600, Chalet L'Aiguille Grive offers a wonderful self-catered holiday chalet for 12 people.
On foot, Courbaton is a pleasant 15 minute walk from the centre of Arc 1600, which has many shops, bars and restaurants.
Around the chalet there are numerous hiking and walking trails. The chalet has 2 parking spaces and other parking is available in the village at a few minutes walking distance.
Lovely open plan kitchen/living/dining room with fantastic views of the mountains. Open log fire and wrap around balcony. Extra toilet in hall way.
A spacious chalet-apartment for 12 people.
Room 1: 2 single beds + bunkbed /shower bathroom
Room 2: 2 bunkbeds/ensuite shower room
Room 3: 1 double bed/ ensuite bathroom
Room 4: 1 double bed/ensuite bathroom
The house is in a ski in/out location. In the morning you can use our free shuttle bus service or you ski down to Les Granges to take the funicular up to Arc1600. In the afternoon you can ski to the door from Arc1600.
The following charges must be paid in cash on arrival:
- mandatory cleaning fee 175€
- security deposit in cash or cheque of €500 which you will receive on departure if the apartment is left in good order and without any damage.

* linen/towel pack (at a fee of 10€ pp)
* firewood for your stay (at a fee 50€ for your stay)
* grocery pick up from SuperU (at a fee of 50€) SuperU time slots booked by guests without consulting us first are not guaranteed to be picked up.

* discount at Christina Sport 2000 in Arc1600 for material hire
* we can provide contacts for ski/snowboard lessons, transfer companies, food delivery and nanny services
NOTE: There is wifi, but we are in the mountains, so please be aware of this. Especially in bad weather or when a lot of people try to broadcast at the same time, it tends to slow down.
SHOPPING:
It is advisable to do your shopping in Bourg Saint Maurice before going up the mountain (Intermarché or SuperU). There is a Sherpa supermarket in Arc1600 and Arc1800 (only open in high winter and summer season, not in autumn and spring), but they have a small choice and are very expensive.
