The residence le pré des fonts is located in the center of the village of Mônétier les bains (ski resort serre chevalier 1500). It is a small residence very well placed, of about ten residences only, having a very beautiful garden in joint ownership and offering a splendid and released sight on the solid mass of the ecrins.
ideally placed, the residence is located less than 1 km from the slopes (the free shuttle passes at the foot of the residence), a stone's throw from the church square, the centre of the village and the shops, but also 5 minutes' walk from the big baths, the tennis courts and beach volleyball in summer....
The apartment, which has just been completely renovated, is located on the first floor of the residence.
