We welcome you in a typical Beaufortain chalet dating from 1720, entirely renovated with care, "Lo Garois" in Annuit, a very quiet hamlet 2 km from the charming village of Hauteluce. Ideally located 2 km from the ski lifts of Les Contamines-Montjoie and Les Saisies (5 mn by car). A free shuttle bus less than 200 metres away serves these two access points, the village of Hauteluce and the heart of the resort of Les Saisies (9 km from Annuit).

It is also a very good starting point for ski or snowshoe hikes.

Gentle slopes around the chalet for sledging.

Cancellation conditions : Special Covid 19 cancellation : in case of compulsory confinement or border closure, preventing to go to the place of the rent, we guarantee a total refund within 15 days following the cancellation. No delay to respect.

The maximum capacity of the chalet is 12 people (adults+children+babies)

The ground and first floors are served by a lift allowing direct access from the car park for people with reduced mobility.
- Large living room with wood stove opening onto a balcony (view of Mont Blanc) and a very large terrace (55 m2) partly covered (equipped with tables and chairs for 12 people and an electric plancha) on the 1st floor
- TV room (43"4K UHD connected smart TV and bluetooth sound bar) on the 1st floor
- Large kitchen nestled in its "mazot", opening onto the living room (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, pierrade, fondue, raclette, for 12 people, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, etc.) (living room+kitchen+TV room with a surface area of 53 m2)
- Swimming pool area (61 m2) (which you will have exclusive use of) with indoor pool heated to 31 degrees all year round (7mx3m with counter-current swimming) opening onto a terrace through a large bay window, shower room (Italian shower, suspended WC, washbasin) and Finnish sauna on the ground floor. Access to the pool area is through an electric door with a control button at the top out of reach of children. The pool is secured by a roller shutter.

- Stag": room accessible to people with reduced mobility: bed 160x200) plus its bathroom (Italian shower, with seat and support bar, suspended WC with support bar, PMR type washbasin) (19 m2 in total) on the 1st floor
- Sapin" and "Ski" (2 attic rooms) : 4 to 6 beds : 2 beds 90x190 and 2 beds 80x190 + 2 pull-out beds 80x190 with shared bathroom (shower, suspended WC, washbasin) on the 2nd floor
- Laundry room (with washing machine and dryer) (on the ground floor)
- Closed garage for bicycles.

We can provide you with 2 baby cots, 1 high chair, 1 baby bath, 1 changing mat, 2 baby pots
We cannot accept any animal.
The chalet is non-smoking.

We live all year round in another chalet, nearby, below "Lo Garois".

The beds will be made on arrival and we provide all the household linen.
The cleaning at the end of the stay of 150 euros (obligatory), the tourist tax at the current rate (2.5 euros per adult over 18 years and per night) and the deposit of 2000 euros are to be paid on arrival in the premises.

The chalet is furnished in a mountain spirit, with great taste and is perfectly equipped. Everything is neat, pretty and of high quality. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The swimming pool, the sauna and the terrace are particularly pleasant. Access to the ski slopes is easy, either by free shuttle bus or by car (parking is free).
Finally, the owners are charming, extremely welcoming and considerate.

We rented the cottage mid February 2020 for a week. Warm welcome, owners very available, staying in a chalet below.
Very good location with access to the saisies or contamines domain at 2km, with shuttles if needed. We were 7 adults including 3 couples, and 6 children.
The chalet is spacious enough for everyone to have their own space (bedroom + bathroom + wc). The living room is spacious, with a large table that can accommodate everyone!
And a little extra: the heated swimming pool and its sauna are very pleasant after a day of skiing! Everyone was delighted with this chalet, we recommend it!
