Dear mountain and wide open spaces lovers,
The chalet awaits you summer and winter alike.
You want to breathe, avoid the crowds and enjoy breathtaking views. Our chalet (Les Touines) is quiet, restful, upscale, spacious and comfortable, and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests in separate bedrooms.
The resort of Les Arcs has designed its activities to offer you maximum comfort and safety.
With an unobstructed view of the valley and mountains, and south-west exposure, the chalet is bathed in sunshine from morning to night.
The Chalet (110m²) is a brand-new 3-storey design, located in the charming hamlet of "La chenal" on the road to Les Arcs.
Our chalet features :
A large living/dining room with wood-burning stove.
A large, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, induction hob, large fridge, microwave, raclette machine, etc.).
3 beautiful double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with two bunk beds.
2 bathrooms (1 with bath, 1 with large shower)
2 WCS
2 large terraces facing south-west.
Underfloor heating throughout.
Linen optional 96€.
The chalet is equipped with FIBER and efficient WIFI.
Only 3 minutes by car from the funicular station parking lot (7-minute walk) offering direct access to the ski slopes at Arc 1600 and 10 minutes by car from Bourg Saint Maurice (large supermarket, dairy cooperative, food shops...).
The apartment is adjoined by a similar apartment and can accommodate 14 people in a family chalet style.
The two terraces are adjoining and can be joined together.
