Located in St Julien en Vercors, a small, quiet village, set in the middle of the fields facing the mountainous barrier where the Vercors Virgin seems to protect you, this magnificent chalet sleeps 12 people for a peaceful holiday.
Warm and typical atmosphere, equipped so that you feel like at home, you will be able to benefit from an access wi-fi, a television led flat screen of
121 cm, 1 flat screen TV led of 80 cm per room, dishwasher, pyrolysis oven, microwave oven, American fridge, induction hob, raclette sets, fondue sets, toaster, coffee machine, senseo coffee machine, barbecue, 2 garden furniture, washing machine and dryer.
Ideally facing south, you can enjoy with family or friends, a chalet of 150 M2 with the first floor, 3 beautiful bedrooms, a toilet and a large bathroom with bathtub 2 places and a large shower 160/90 and 2 sinks.
On the ground floor you will find a large room with a cosy lounge, a large living room, a large kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room 160/90 and 1 basin, a toilet and a storeroom.
The 4 bedrooms are equipped with 160*200 latex mattresses, one of which has a bunk bed with 2 90*200 mattresses. All duvets and pillows are made of goose down.
There is also a baby cot.
The living room also has a bed of 145*200.
All windows are equipped with electric shutters.
Miscellaneous: no pets allowed, no smoking, no disabled access.
You will be able to practise various mountain sports, hiking, climbing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and alpine skiing.
Tennis court located at 500m, access to the court as long as there is no snow included in the rental price.
Between walks and beautiful hikes, the most beautiful sites of the Vercors are available to you in summer and winter.
In winter you can go sledging at the end of the 2350 m2 garden.
Cleaning option possible 90 euros if the kitchen is left completely clean or 150 euros if the chalet is left in the same state.
Option to rent sheets 10 euros per person for the duration of the rental.
Prices between 650 and 2200 euros
Possibility to rent the chalet for a minimum of 2 nights during the week end, except during school time 650 euros
The number of beds and the price in the chalet are for a maximum of 12 people.
1 additional person during the week end 100 euros and during the week 150 euros.
2 additional persons in week end 150 euros and in week 250 euros
Chalet located at 15 kms from Villard de lans (15 min by car).
Domaine d'Herbouilly, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing located 5 kms away (5 min drive).
The other alpine ski areas located nearby are Lans en Vercors, Meaudre and Autrans.
