High class new flat for 8 persons in recent Residence L'ECRIN in the heart of ARCS 1800 ,direct access to the slopes , ski school and commerces.
modern and cosy decoration mainly with oak furnitures and some decorations collected from our travels for personal touch.
3 comfortable bedrooms (ideal for 6 adults and 2 children) - 2 bathrooms - 2 wc - large living room opened on full-equiped kitchen . 2 Large balconies.
sauna - hammam - fitness area. storage local for shoes and skis.
1 place in parking Villards just near residence on option for 100 euros (disponibility has to be checked with owner) and can drop your luggages just in front of the residence and then drive your car to the parking.
Our service of conciergerie will have provided the keys, beds well done , bath towels disposed, and housework at your exit.
With option : housework during your stay for an amount of 60 euros.
By train , access to Bourg St Maurcie station and the funicular to the ARCS
