FONT -ROMEU MEUBLE de TOURISME 4* / Skibus at the corner of the street.
Ideal in winter, our chalet is close to the slopes: 5 mn by car. The slopes above Font-Romeu are between 2000 m and 2500 m in altitude and snow cover is guaranteed.
In summer: the chalet is close to nature, forests and mountain or valley trails.
- ACCESS by Perpignan, fast road towards Prades, then RN116 OPEN
- ACCESS from Ariège (Foix, Axe-Les-Thermes), RN 20 and the Puymorens tunnel.
- ACCESS by the Aude (Axat), D117 and D118.
- Access from Spain, Puymorens pass.
- PERPIGNAN STATION AND AIRPORT + BUS 1€.

Pretty individual chalet with all comforts, T4, 3 bedrooms, 117 m2 (92m2 living space + 25 m2 garage, storage and games area), entire dwelling per rental, individual oil-fired central heating, double glazing, fireplace with insert, firewood without extra charge. In town in a quiet residential area. Very well equipped chalet for stays of 2 and 3 weeks.
Ground floor: living room, kitchen, separate toilet, garage 1 car.
Household appliances : washing machine and dryer, fridge 171 litres + 50 l freezer, electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob 3 burners, dishwasher, fans for the summer 1 in each room + 2 for the living room, 3 flat screens, vacuum cleaner, raclette and fondue machines, crepe maker.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
CHILDREN : baby bed with changing table, cane stroller, baby high chair, chair booster, bottle warmer sterilizer, bed barrier, safety barrier for stairs, baby bathtub, potty, toilet seat reducer, child night light socket, socket protectors.
At the corner of the street free shuttle from December 1st to March 31st for the ski lifts in the town centre. Large covered car park opposite the lifts.
