The chalet is located in the small charming and sunny hamlet "du Cugnon" at 5 mn walk from the village, the ski lifts (also open in summer for cycling), but also from the leisure park of the pontet for the summer with all the outdoor activities.
South facing, the chalet was built in 2004 with old and typical materials of the region.
Flat land of more than 700 m² crossed by a small stream.
It is composed of 3 levels: First of all the main living room all in wood.
It includes: an entrance and a toilet, the kitchen, the dining room with a large wooden table for up to 10/12 people, a lounge and a TV corner around a fireplace.
The garage is very practical and communicates directly with the kitchen and allows you to leave your belongings and store your shopping.
The whole of the living room opens onto three large windows which offer a beautiful luminosity and a magnificent view of the mountains and the forest. The outside balcony gives access to the garden and to an outside terrace for meals.
On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms.
2 with double beds of 140 cm and one with 2 single beds of 80 cm.
Each room has storage space and a window overlooking the garden.
Plus: 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet, a laundry room and a large bathroom with bath and shower.
On the first floor there is a dormitory with 4 single beds of 90 cm and a master suite with a large bedroom with a desk and a large bay window overlooking the garden.
The bathroom with separate toilet is equipped with a bathtub and a shower.
The chalet can be perfectly suitable for 2 families thanks to its 2 separate sleeping levels.
It is fully equipped to 4* standard (2018 certification).
It also includes all the equipment for a baby on request: high chair, cot, bath, changing table.
