Rental of a T2 apartment in "Les 7 Laux" resort at the foot of the slopes in Prapoutel, between Grenoble and Chambéry.
Accommodation: The apartment is clean and well-maintained. It has a fully-equipped kitchen with a lovely valley view on the 7th floor. All the necessary equipment is available in the apartment (kitchen utensils, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, TV, raclette machine, etc.).
The windowed sleeping area is equipped with a double bunk bed and a single bed. It is separated from the living area by a door.
In the main room, a BZ-type sofa (160X200) can accommodate 2 people.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washbasin and WC (a hairdryer is available).
Oil-fired central heating with unlimited hot water.
Sheets, comforter covers, pillowcases, tea towels and hand towels must be brought by you.
An extra bed (1-person 70x190 BZ pouffe) can be provided for a 6th person.
A ski locker is available on the 3rd floor, so as not to clutter up the apartment. It provides direct access to the slopes.
We have other small studios equipped for 2/4 people in the same building (2nd floor), so you can stay with friends or family close to each other.
The building: The apartment is located in the "Les Ayes 1" building. It overlooks the slopes on the R+4 level. Within the building, you'll find a shopping mall with a delicatessen, a pharmacy, a restaurant, etc... The piste-side entrance to the building is also 20 m from the Prapoutel shopping mall (bar, restaurant, Intersport, cinema, nightclub, bakery, supermarket, etc.), in the heart of the resort, 50 m from the ESF and the swimming pool (in summer).
The resort: Les 7 Laux is 45 minutes from Grenoble city center. It's a family resort for winter and summer sports. It boasts 120km of downhill ski trails, 30km of cross-country ski trails and 15km of downhill bike trails (summer).
