The chalet is located in a quiet, highly sought-after residential area.
The view over the mountains and valley offers an exceptional panorama, and from the terrace it's not unusual to observe the local fauna, including deer and birds of prey.

The first level, accessible on one level, comprises an open-plan kitchen, a living room, a dining area and an office space, a 20 m2 terrace, a bedroom and a shower room with toilet.
The lower level comprises 3 bedrooms, one with access to a 35 m2 wooden terrace, a sauna, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a laundry room.
Bright chalet, panoramic windows, 2 terraces, wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV with USB/ HDMI plugs, DVD player, laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, induction hob and large fridge/freezer combo, fondue and raclette sets.
