In our house, we stay on skis or on foot, summer or winter, the car stays in the garage.
Departure on skis. Exceptional location facing the mountain, the Doron and the chalet garden.

The refined authenticity, combined with a high quality comfort, this apartment "Ambiance montagne" is appreciated for its warm decoration reminding the traditional Savoyard chalets.

LES PRESELOIGNES, has a mountain view, on the Doron river and the chalet's garden; in summer, in the heart of the Vanoise Park, near the hiking trails, in winter, at the foot of the snow garden, of the sledge run, 150 m from the ski school and the ski lifts. You will be a few steps away from the Olympic ice rink, swimming pool and bowling alley.

We also have an apartment in the same chalet (70 m2) with 3 bedrooms for 6 people : les merles de roche (contact us)

LES PRESELOIGNES on the 1st floor: the living space is 50 m2 with a balcony of 12 m2 and a garage in the basement without forgetting its ski room.

- Fully equipped American kitchen (large oven with rotary heat and pyrolysis, large capacity refrigerator with three drawer freezer, dishwasher, vitro hob, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, raclette and fondue set, robots).

PRACTICAL COTE
- Our new technology heating system distributes a constant and homogeneous heat from the floor to the ceiling for a high level of comfort: the temperature of your apartment is regulated; the radiators in the living room and bedrooms are programmed by a programmable thermostat and the windows are equipped with an opening detector which turns off the radiators.
In winter, there is no sensation of coolness when the radiators stop heating.
