Ideally located in the village of Crest-Voland, this warm apartment faces the Lachat chairlift, 200 meters from the village center and its amenities (town hall, post office, doctor's office, ski school, shops, restaurants, bus stop ...).
With a south-west exposure, this apartment benefits from a generous amount of sunshine and a 15 m balcony, running along the apartment. In terms of composition, the apartment includes a furnished living room (flat screen TV, Wifi network) in a Savoyard style, open on a fully equipped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms (equipped with double beds and a mezzanine), a bathroom and an independent toilet.
