The residence Les Balcons du Charvin, composed of 4 buildings, is located in the village, 400m from the shops and activities, and 600m from the Espace Diamant slopes and the ski school. In winter, a skier shuttle (Crest Voland-NDB shuttle) passes 100m from the tennis court (ask the driver).

The village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe is ideally located in the heart of the Espace Diamant. With its 192 km of slopes and its 6 linked village resorts (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Hauteluce), everyone will find what they need to enjoy their vacations.

The village center of Notre Dame de Bellecombe, or NDB 1150, is the privileged place to have everything at hand: shops, animations, ski slopes. The charm, the authenticity and the conviviality of this village resort will seduce you.

In summer, you will be not only 100m away from tennis courts and children's games but also close to numerous trails for pleasant walks or mountain bike rides. The Mont Rond chairlift, open 2 days a week, allows you to easily access the most beautiful panoramas of the Mont Blanc. The Flumet lake and its leisure center are only 4km away.

Quiet apartment, in the authentic village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe. Surface of 35m ², ideal for four people, it is located on the ground floor of the residence with a balcony facing south offering beautiful views of Mount Charvin and the valley. Located close to the leisure area, next to the ski bus stop and less than 5 minutes walk from shops and restaurants.

- Kitchen open to living room: 4 burner ceramic hob, 1 combined microwave oven, combined refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine
- Living room with flat screen television.
- Bedding : one bedroom with a double bed (140), mountain corner with two single bunk beds (2*90), living room with a sofa bed (140). Bedding equipped with comforters.
- Bathroom with bathtub. Separate toilets.

*Ski locker.
*Pets not accepted. No smoking.

OUR OPINION : Functional apartment. Practical for family vacations!
