The chalet, situated in the center of the station(resort) (next to the gendarmerie, to the post office and to the cinema) is of conception(design) typically Savoyard. Consisted of stone and larch, it was built in the tradition in 1954 while the village of Valloire was still exclusively agricultural.
Distance of the ski lifts: the chalet is situated at equal distance of both main cable railways of Valloire:
- 370 meters of the cable railway and the tracks(runways) of Sétaz.
- 400 meters of the cable railway of Crey of the quarter
- 50 meters of the ski run of the Forget-me-not (subject to snow coverage
