House of 300 m2 located at the foot of Alpe d'Huez and Les 2 Alpes, with completely renovated interior, ideally located between the city center, sports activities, and the supermarket (everything is accessible on foot in less than 5 minutes) .
Come and enjoy a breathtaking view of the mountains surrounding Bourg d'Oisans in this very quiet, well-equipped house, designed to spend time together, while keeping its privacy. The balcony, the terrace, or the orchard await you to relax and share barbecues in a friendly atmosphere. We offer decreasing rates depending on the duration of the rental.

The house includes:
A space with billiards, TV lounge, children's corner and sauna. A garage to store your bikes. Upstairs a large open kitchen and 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. And on the top floor 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms.

You can park your vehicles in front and behind the house. Your bikes can be stored in the garage.
