This 3 star chalet, 72 m2, is located next to the family chalet, in a quiet and sunny area bordered by the torrent that runs through the village,
It is a privileged sector of Argentière,
Within a perimeter of about 250 m, the day care center, the doctors, the pharmacy, most of the shops and restaurants, the bus stops, the station of the small mountain train between Chamonix and Switzerland is at 100m (only trains during the day) from the chalet you can access directly to many hiking trails, the cable car of Grands Montets is at six minutes of walk.
From the 25 m2 terrace (for the nice days, garden table and chairs, deck chairs, parasol, barbecue, in the garden,
view on the Chardonnet, the Aiguille verte, the Grands Montets Massif and the Mont Blanc range,
We have decorated this chalet as our own, we wanted our guests to feel at home, to have the feeling of living in their own chalet.

A living room with a very friendly lounge area, LED television with DVD player, you benefit from CANAL + programs and international channels, you have the possibility to connect to broadband internet by WIFI. Mini stereo system. Library, DVD movies, telephone with free access to fixed lines in France, paying for international.

Two nice rooms with a common balcony:
One room with a double bed, (180 cm); two closets.
The other with a double bed (160 cm), and two closets.

We provide comforter covers, sheets, pillows and pillow cases,
The beds will be made on your arrival.
We provide you with a baby bed and a baby chair free of charge;
Possibility of renting household linen and towels: 8 € per person/week
cleaning 100 € per service.
With the guest card you get free travel on buses and trains in the valley.
The chalet is in perfect condition. The capacity of the chalet is six persons maximum,
The chalet is not adapted for people with reduced mobility.
The chalet is a non-smoking chalet, animals are only allowed with our agreement.
