A truly exceptional property, this luxury chalet for 12 guests is a remarkable achievement. Perfectly located on the Comborcière slope, you will reach the snow front after just a few minutes of skiing, with ski-in access back to the chalet as well.
From its terraces and balconies, the chalet enjoys a 180° panoramic view of the breathtaking Alpine landscape.

With its 210 m² of elegantly designed living space, Chalet l’Étendard strikes the perfect balance between Alpine authenticity and modern comfort. Set on the eastern side of the Les Aiguilles complex, it benefits from gentle morning light and open views over the surrounding peaks.

From the moment you arrive, you will appreciate the four covered parking spaces ensuring a stress-free stay. Guests also enjoy direct access to the shared facilities via a lift connecting to the fitness room and the communal ski-room, with a direct exit onto the piste.

The main level of the chalet is dedicated to the sleeping area, designed with high-end finishes. A fully accessible PMR bedroom with en-suite shower room provides comfort and convenience. Three spacious double bedrooms, each with their own en-suite, open onto a shared balcony featuring a panoramic jacuzzi. A dormitory with two bunk beds (sleeping four, 90x200) also includes a private shower room and balcony access. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as a separate WC, complete this floor.

On the upper level, guests will discover a spectacular open-plan living area beneath the exposed beams, bathed in natural light thanks to its full south-facing orientation. The lounge is arranged around a large dining table, ideal for gathering with family and friends, while the modern, fully equipped open kitchen adds both style and conviviality. A separate WC is also available on this level.

Designed to host up to 12 guests, Chalet l’Étendard offers the very best in comfort and charm. Facilities include WiFi, a private laundry room, access to the shared fitness and wellness areas, as well as a communal ski-room with boot warmers. Bed linen and towels are provided, and end-of-stay cleaning is included.
