Spend an unforgettable time with friends, family or colleagues, in the sun or in the snow, in this sumptuous Chalet located in Praz sur Arly, 5-10 min drive from Megève.
Featuring 5 bedrooms on 2 floors, a spacious layout, very well equipped.
I'll give you a tour of the Châlet, just follow me:
Ground floor: :
- large kitchen with table (nespresso machine, toaster,
kettle, magimix, juice extractor, food processor, pierrade/raclette, sodastream, dishwasher)
- storeroom with fridge and freezer
- dining room with high ceilings and table for 10
- large library
- living room with high ceiling and wood-burning stove
- guest toilet
- master suite with 180cm double bed, dressing room, shower room with toilet
- bedroom with 160 double bed and shower room
Shall we go up to the 1st floor? Here we are:
- bedroom with balcony and double bed 160
- bedroom with balcony, 2 twin beds 90 and children's cot
- bedroom with double bed 160
- dressing room
- bathroom (shower and bath) with toilet
I didn't tell you, but there's a basement downstairs?
- large entrance hall with coat rack and bench
- laundry room with sink, washing machine and dryer
- fitness area (sauna and fitness equipment), ski boot warmer

Out for a walk?
Outside, you can relax on :
- teak terrace and 1200m² flat garden
- and park your car: outdoor parking space for 4 vehicles.

Near the Chalet :
- 300m from the Praz sur Arly snow front and Espace Diamant
(on foot, by car with free parking or by ski to Les Rafforts stop)
- 5 minutes by car from the Rochebrune cable car and Evasion Mont Blanc,
- 200m from Lac de Praz.

-Vehicle parking: -
in front of the garage (space for two vehicles), in front of the terrace entrance (space for two vehicles) or in the Plaine des Belles parking lot, 50m from the chalet (this parking lot is flat and always cleared of snow).

- Pets not allowed
- a private room at the back of the garage
- some cupboards and furniture under lock and key
- the garage is not available for parking vehicles, the use of the electrical outlet to recharge vehicles is prohibited.
