Le Kerl is located in Venosc, a small pedestrian village at the foot of Les 2 Alpes (6 minutes by gondola) and 15 minutes by car from Bourg d'Oisans.
We converted this apartment in 2024 in the former barn of our family home.
It offers 131 m² of carefully designed living space, and private parking for 4 cars (one of which has a charging point for an electric vehicle).
In the entrance hall, you'll find storage space for clothes, bikes and skis, plus a small laundry room if you need it.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials.
The great room with 2-meter table, table soccer, library (books and games) and siesta sled ;-) adjoins the terrace with views of the Rochail mountain.
Just above, on a half-level, you'll find the living room with sofa, armchairs and TV.
You'll find the bedrooms with beds made up and towels in the bathrooms.
The Alp bedroom has a 140 x 190 bed and a 90 x 190 bed. A bathroom on the same level is equipped with shower, washbasin and toilet.
The bed in the Orchid room is 140 x 200. The bathroom has a shower and washbasin. A separate toilet is located in the hallway. A small balcony is part of the program.
The last room, Colporteur, has a 160 x 200 bed and a full bathroom (shower, washbasin and toilet).
Baby equipment (bed, cot, co-sleeper, bath, high chair) is available. Please bring your own sheets if necessary.
