Entire house in the pretty, peaceful village of Vars Sainte Marie. The house was completely renovated in 2023, making it a charming, cocooning châlet.
Châlet 60 m2 on 2 floors. On the first floor you'll find an entrance hall, 2 bedrooms each with 4 beds (2 large bunk beds per bedroom), one of which opens onto a balcony. A shower room and toilet.
Upstairs you'll find a living room with a kitchenette, a dining area, a sitting area with sofa bed, and a balcony.
In the basement is a ski room.
The châlet is 200 m from the ski lifts.
Free shuttles are available to the Vars les Claux ski resort, 2.5 km from the châlet.
In the village of Vars Sainte Marie, close to the châlet, you'll find numerous restaurants, a mini-market, sports stores and a bakery.
