Les Couadzous is a spacious, warm, and modern chalet ideally located in the heart of the historic center of Samoëns. Shops, bars, restaurants, and activities are just two steps away from the chalet.
It includes 6 spacious and comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms (shower, toilet, sink), which can be configured as twin or king-size beds (180 x 200) with individual 82 cm SMART TVs. It can accommodate 17 adults and/or children in excellent conditions.
The main living area is vast (75 sqm), including a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room with 2 large tables and a large living room with a 140 cm TV. The design fireplace is placed at its center.
The wellness area is equipped with a 6-person hot tub, a 6-person sauna, and a shower to relax after a day of mountain activities.
The chalet also has a laundry room (washing machine and dryer) and a storage room for ski equipment with a shoe dryer.
A bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet complete the setup.
The chalet also has a small terrace and two balconies. An elevator is available, and two rooms are adapted for people with reduced mobility.
Your Living Space :
The main living area is located on the first floor, covering approximately 75 sqm. You can access it via stairs or the elevator. Thanks to its volume, the chalet offers a warm and friendly atmosphere, allowing everyone to gather in the living room or dining area. You can enjoy the central fireplace with a closed hearth from the living room, dining area, or kitchen.
The kitchen, open to the dining area and living room, is fully equipped for preparing meals for your family or group. It includes 2 ovens, a microwave, a large-width induction cooktop, 2 refrigerators, and a freezer. It is also equipped with small appliances.
The dining area consists of 2 large tables with comfortable chairs, and the amount of tableware is adapted to the size of your group.
The living room features a large sofa, perfect for gatherings, playing games, and watching TV. Local landscape photos taken in different seasons showcase the natural richness of our region, and a reading corner has been set up. A long balcony extends along the entire length of the dining area, providing a view of the surroundings.

An additional bathroom with a bathtub is available on level 2.
For toddlers, 2 foldable cribs are at your disposal.

The chalet is located in the historic village of Samoëns, and its exceptional location allows for immediate proximity to all shops, bars, and restaurants. Whether in summer or winter, activities and local amenities are steps away. By car, the chalet is 19 km from the highway exit, and it takes 25 minutes on a wide road to reach the chalet. The Geneva International Airport, served by many airlines, is located 80 km away. Shuttle services and private transport are also available to take you directly from/to the airport to Samoëns. The car journey usually takes around 1 hour, depending on traffic conditions. Train: Cluses station is 18 km away, and Annemasse station is 44 km away.
Access to Winter Activities : Ski Lifts: The chalet is very close to the ski lifts, making it very convenient for winter sports enthusiasts or summer cyclists.
The nearest bus stop is just a two-minute walk away, allowing access to the valley's transportation

The Grand Massif spans over 265 kilometers of slopes, connecting five renowned ski resorts: Flaine, Les Carroz, Samoëns, Morillon, and Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval. This vast area ensures a variety of slopes suitable for all levels, from beginners to the most experienced skiers.

Cross-country ski trails are prepared in the plain when snow conditions permit, and if there is not enough snow, the Joux-Plane and Sixt Fer-à-Cheval cross-country ski trails (with magnificent mountain views) are accessible by car or free shuttle from the tourist office, located 250 meters from the chalet.
There are numerous hiking and snowshoeing trails accessible on foot, by car, or with a free shuttle. The Samoens guide office also offers various activities such as climbing, canyoning, rafting, mountaineering, and ski touring.
For leisure and relaxation, the lac aux dames is a place with various facilities and activities, including lakes, a swimming pool (in summer), tennis courts (uncovered), and a performance hall. It is located 1.2 kilometers away (on flat terrain), accessible on foot or by bike, even with young children, or by a small train.
The area offers a wide range of walks, hikes, and via ferrata routes, from the banks of the impetuous Giffre River to gentle alpine pastures, majestic peaks, or the discovery of a mountain refuge. There are about 650 kilometers of marked trails that will allow you to explore and rediscover all the natural riches of Haut-Giffre. You will surely find a suitable hike according to your level or available time.
In the region, there are also visits to various towns and villages. Sixt Fer-à-Cheval, located 10 kilometers away, is known for its abbey, waterfalls, and, of course, the "Cirque du Fer à Cheval" (classified as a major site in France), which is the largest alpine mountain circus, with steep cliffs reaching heights of 500 to 700 meters (splendid).
Samoëns is approximately 1 hour's drive from Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, Annecy, and Geneva.
