New 4* chalet for up to 8 people
New 4* 100 m² apartment for 8 people. 2 double beds (160x200), one bedroom with 4 single beds, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets, ski room, large living room and open-plan kitchen.
On the first floor of a chalet built in 2021, a 40 m² south-facing terrace with a wood-fired sauna in a large barrel. This service is offered at no extra charge (wood stock in the immediate vicinity).
Magnificent views of the Aiguilles d'Arves and the Râteau de la Meije.
The apartment is 800 m from the start of the ski lifts. A private parking lot AUX PIEDS DES PISTES is available free of charge for the duration of your stay. Otherwise, you're just 1 minute from the shuttle bus that takes you to the snow front and the town center, but if you prefer to walk, you're less than 10 minutes from the town center.
In terms of comfort, you'll find a smart TV in every room, a very large screen in the living room in case of bad weather, and top-of-the-range bedding. Of course, you'll also have access to one or more parking lots on the chalet grounds, depending on your needs.
Beds are made up on arrival, and towels and soap are provided. Hair dryers are available in all bathrooms.
A washing machine and electric dryer are also available, as well as an ironing board and iron.
A Bose Speaker 500 is available, and Alexa will be happy to create the musical ambience you desire.
In the event of late arrival, breakfast in the fridge for the following morning (pastries, coffee and tea, orange juice, butter, jam, milk and cereals).
For young children, a baby chair and cot are available.
End-of-stay cleaning is included.
