Based in the Hautes Alpes, and a great lover of our mountains, we rent out 10 chalets for 12 to 24 people in 2 major resorts: Vars and Montgenèvre.

In this advert, we present our latest chalet, "Le Chantelevent", 400m², south-facing. This spacious chalet can accommodate 24 guests in an idyllic setting overlooking the slopes, the Eyssina and the Ecrins massif.

Open all year round, we rent this chalet by the weekend or by the week. Weekly rentals only from late December to late March, and from early July to late August.

We are a human-sized team, available to our guests to help you make the most of your stay. We can put you in touch with service providers to take care of your meals, or approved instructors for your sports outings, all year round whether the resort is open or closed. For relaxation, yoga teachers or osteopaths can organize sessions at the chalet.

Completed in December 2021, the chalet has 9 bedrooms and 8 fully-equipped en-suite bathrooms. There are also leisure and wellness areas, including a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, billiards, table soccer and gym.

GUIDED TOUR OF THE CHALET

This 3-storey chalet overlooks the mountain and offers a magnificent panorama of our mountains and ski area. Like our other chalets, this one has been designed with plenty of space to ensure that all guests enjoy a comfortable stay. If you walk along the chalet's large 160m² terrace, before entering, you'll discover its private outdoor swimming spa (pool and jacuzzi), heated all year round.

As you enter the chalet, you'll find on your right a space to store all your ski and sports equipment. Behind this area you'll find the recreation room, as well as the sports machines, billiards table and table soccer for sharing good times with family, friends or even colleagues. And as you retrace your steps, you'll find two pretty, comfortable double bedrooms sharing a shower room.

Up the stairs you'll find a large communal area, including a dining room capable of seating up to 24. You'll also find the living room, a superb sharing space with a wood-burning stove for relaxing around the fire, and a large connected TV. As for the kitchen, all the utensils and equipment you need to prepare fine meals are present. This large living area opens onto the balcony, from which the 180° view is breathtaking! Enjoy a breath of fresh mountain air and sit down on the stools and stand-up meals for a coffee break in the sun.

On this same floor, you'll find more intimate spaces with 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and toilet. These sleeping areas continue on the upper floor. At the very top of the chalet, you'll find 4 further double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and toilet.

All areas of this chalet have been carefully designed using noble materials such as stone and wood. The large openings throughout the chalet are not there by chance: we want to let the light and the magic of the landscape work their magic on you. The chalet is equipped with every comfort: Wifi, flat-screen TV in every room, baby equipment, 2 dishwashers, washing machine & dryer, 2 fridges with freezer, raclette and fondue machines, etc.

DESTINATION HIGHLIGHTS - SUMMER

- The Hautes-Alpes enjoys 300 days of sunshine a year!
- It's a cycling paradise! Enjoy a family outing on an electric mountain bike, or hurtle down the slopes on a downhill mountain bike, where the trails are equipped with jumps and bends. Don't miss Europe's longest downhill mountain bike run (32km) from Vars to Embrun. More of a cyclist? Dozens of mountain passes are accessible from Vars, a beautiful Little Queen territory.
- At the crossroads of 3 different valleys (Ecrins - Queyras - Ubaye), Vars is a central starting point for all your hikes (hundreds of kilometers!) in the Southern Alps.
- Discover mountain water in all its guises: from ponds on a pedalo or for a swim, to natural waterfalls on a footpath leading to a high-altitude lake, on a raft or inflatable canoe down the Durance (be careful, it gets wet!), to the best beaches for lazing around (or water sports such as wakeboarding, boating or kiteboarding) on the shores of the great Lac de Serre Ponçon.
- For the kids, here are a few ideas: an accrobranche course accessible from age 5, with "impassable" courses for the more adventurous - an equestrian center that will take you to discover the mountains on horseback - orienteering races in the Queyras Regional Park - visits to animals on the farm - climbing, via ferrata, canyoning - and don't forget the ping-pong table at the chalet!

- Morning delivery of fresh bread and pastries (in summer and winter when the bakery is open).
- Meals can be delivered (half-board catering or home cooking all year round).
- End-of-stay cleaning included, daily cleaning optional.
- Linen included in the price during Christmas and February school vacations, optional the rest of the year.
- Contacts with certified instructors who can accompany you on all your sporting outings, all year round, for beginners as well as advanced athletes (ski touring, downhill skiing, racing, mountaineering, climbing, fat-bikes...).
- A team on a human scale, highly available to our guests to provide the best possible support before and during your stay.

In winter and summer, the chalet is rented from Sunday to Sunday. Weekend rentals are also possible, depending on the season. We accept dogs, but cannot accept cats.

We also rent 5 other chalets for 12 to 19 people in Vars, and 4 chalets for 16 to 22 people in the Montgenèvre resort. Don't hesitate to ask for information for your group!
