In summer, you will not only be 100m from the colinary reservoir but also close to numerous paths for pleasant walks or mountain bike rides. You will have easy access to the most beautiful panoramas on the Mont Blanc and the Aravis. The Flumet lake and its leisure centre are only 10km away.

On the first floor of this residence, facing west, it offers a wonderful view of Mont Charvin and the Aravis mountain range, without doubt the most beautiful in the Val d'Arly.
