Apartment fully renovated in May 2021. Never rented. New high quality furniture. Apartment classified 3 stars for 4 persons (decision of 8/9/21).
Ski in ski out on a beginners slope. ESF at 50m from the apartment. Convenient to pick up the kids and go home for lunch. Shopping centre also 50m away. The apartment is bathed in sunshine from early afternoon until sunset (south/west facing). Unbeatable view on the slopes, the mountains and the larches.
Private outdoor parking at the residence closed by a code barrier allowing you to leave your car on arrival and not use it again as everything is done on foot.
A private ski locker in the apartment will allow you to leave your skis, sticks and boots.
An outdoor swimming pool heated to 28 degrees is at your disposal to relax after a good day of skiing.
Possibility of renting towels and bed linen (duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases) as an option (via the concierge).
On your arrival and departure you will be welcomed by the concierge (handing over of the keys, inventory and optional linen rental).
The cleaning is at your charge. A deposit of 60€ will be requested and immediately returned if the apartment is returned in the same state of cleanliness as when you arrived.
