Individual chalet of 140 m² with a capacity of 8 people maximum, is arranged on 2 levels with private double garage. Warm interior and mountain spirit with wood frame, our chalet is ideally located in the country of Mont Blanc near the resorts of Combloux, Saint-Gervais and Megève. It includes on the ground floor 1 kitchen open to the living room (wood stove, TV, sofa), 1 master bedroom (1 bed 160x200 cm, dressing room, bathroom with Italian shower, toilet), 1 laundry room, 1 independent toilet. On the floor, 2 rooms (with for each one 2 beds of 80x190 cm twin of 160 cm, dressingroom, balcony and shower-room with Italian shower), 1 room (with a double bed of 160x200 cm), 1 bathroom with bath-tub, toilet independent.
The chalet is new and the surroundings are being developed, but its large terrace located on the south west side allows you to enjoy the outside. The time of the outside finishing (March, April, maybe May), contact us for special rates.
