Beautiful log cabin on the top of the resort of Guzet, in a residential area.
If you want to be in harmony with nature, while being close to all amenities and activities, then this chalet is made for you
Facing south, the terrace offers a 180° view on the forest and the mountains, dominating a 300 m2 land belonging to the chalet.
On the ground floor, a separate toilet, a bathroom, with a multi-jet shower, hammam, aromatherapy and light therapy, a bedroom (wardrobe bed) that can be transformed into a TV lounge room, the kitchen is equipped with oven / microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher ... opening on a living room with fireplace insert.
The access is by a real staircase to the 3 bedrooms:
- 2 bedrooms with double beds
- 1 mezzanine bedroom with 2 bunk beds
-A shower room with WC and shower
The chalet also has a large basement used as a storeroom and laundry room: with washing machine, tumble dryer, extra fridge, freezer, ice maker, plancha ...
