Located on top of a little hill, with stunning views all around, this spacious 4 bed chalet can sleep up to 8 very comfortably. It is located in the Old Chinaillon area of Le Grand Bornand ski resort.
It has all the modern conveniences you'd expect, including a chimney ideal for those cosy Winter evenings. On the ground floor, you have 2 bedroom: a double & a twin room. There's the utility room with washer, dryer and extra fridge. You then have a shower room, toilet with wash basin.
Upstairs you have the main living area with kitchen, living room, chimney, TV with dvd player & access to both UK & French TV together with broadband wifi. A bay window leads out onto the balcony terace area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine as well as everything you'd expect to be able to cater for up to 8 people (pots, pans, plates, cuttlery etc). There is a also raclette machine!
Off from the main living room is a study area that now serves as the dining room. From this room you have a bay window that leads onto the covered terace area which has table and chairs to be able to enjoy an outdoor meal protected from the elements. This terace leads to a larger adjacent one which is enclosed so ideal for children to play around in. There is a stylish replica Chesterfield sofa made of concrete that's ideal to enjoy a little outdoor time.
Upstairs you have 2 twin rooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The chalet is a 10min walk to the main street via the old Chinaillon and a 5 min walk to the nearest bus stop that takes you to the foot of the slopes in no time. The chalet is rented out with the full provision of bedlinen and towels.
