Ideally located in the wood area (200 meters from the golf course, 300 meters from the cable car of la flégère, 100 meters from the cross-country ski tracks.
5 minutes by car from the center of Chamonix, but first shops at 300 meters (restaurant, grocery store, ski shop)
CHALET of great standing made of noble materials (old wood, stone, parquet..) on 3 levels with 4 bedrooms each with its own shower room, 3 toilets, 1 very nice living room with dining area, lounge with wood stove (wood provided), and fully equipped kitchen, 1 large mezzanine fitted with TV lounge, table football, and lounge, balcony facing south
Infrared sauna, washing machine, dryer, Nordic bath outside.
