The Alpenrose is a cosy and high standard chalet with quality facilities.
It has a south facing position with a breathtaking view of the Aiguilles d'Arves and La Meije. L'Alpenrose is located less than 80 metres from the ski lifts (sun chairlift) and shops. Ski back to the North entrance.

The chalet is also located right next to the free shuttle bus to the centre of the resort, the start of the ski lessons and the shopping arcades. It is also possible to walk to the centre of the resort in less than 10 minutes.

The chalet has 3 private parking spaces, a ski room and an entrance locker equipped with boot dryers.

On the first floor, the living room is bathed in light thanks to huge bay windows and offers access to a balcony terrace. The living-dining room has two large sofas, a TV corner with a sofa, and a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, extractor fan, 2 microwaves...).

The ground floor consists of a relaxation area, the "Meije" room, the "Cervin" room and a separate toilet. The relaxation area is equipped with a large screen TV (with which CD and DVD are provided) and a set of games for children. Both rooms have a television, a water point, a walk-in shower, a towel dryer, a hair dryer, and offer very comfortable bedding and mattress covers.
In the "Meije" room, you will also find an XXL island bath, a 160cm bed and access to a terrace.

The garden level is made up of the "Annapurna" room, the "Les Écrins" room, the "Refuge Chancel" room, the sauna, the laundry room and a separate toilet.
The "Les Écrins" room has a television, a water point with an Italian shower, a towel dryer, a hair dryer and a 160 cm bed with very comfortable bedding and mattress topper.
The "Annapurna" room has 2 bunk beds 90x190 with mattress topper and 2 bunk beds 80x190 with mattress topper, a water point with Italian shower, towel dryer, hair dryer.
The 5th room "Refuge Chancel" has a television, a bunk bed 80x190 and a bed 140 with mattress topper.
This equipment makes it possible to obtain 12 beds maximum. All our rooms are south facing.

The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a fridge freezer and the necessary baby equipment (1 high chair, 1 bed and bottle warmer).
The sauna is equipped with audio equipment, chromo therapy and a relaxation chair.
An exercise bike on the terrace of the room "Meije".

The rental period is from Saturday 5pm to Saturday 9am. Prices include: the rental of household linen during the winter period. (sheets, towels, adult bathrobes, kitchen towels), electricity, water and wifi internet access.
Beds are made up on arrival. A deposit of 2.000 euros (cheque not cashed) is required. The loss of a set of keys will result in a cost of 300€.
The cleaning is compulsory and proposed at the rate of 390€. In order to respect the comfort of as many people as possible, pets are not allowed and the chalet is non-smoking. The maximum capacity is 12 people and cannot be exceeded. Indeed the standards of safety and comfort, impose for our chalet, the absolute respect of these conditions. In case of exceeding the maximum capacity, the deposit will be cashed.
As a tenant, you benefit from a 20% discount in the ski rental shops Skimium JP Vidal Sports. The ski shop is located next to the chalet.
