Rental apartment T3 duplex of 41 m2 on the 2nd floor with two balconies (8m2), great comfort completely redone with materials and decoration worthy of an interior designer. All the furniture is in solid wood of high quality. The apartment is located on the top floor with lift. It allows a view on the ski slopes.

Its southern exposure allows it to take full advantage of the sun's rays throughout the day. View on the slopes, village center, close to all shops, restaurants, bars.

Sleeps 6:
- Sofa bed in the living room;
- Night space on the first floor composed of :
- a bedroom with double bed 140*190, bedside tables, cupboards and a TV;
- a bedroom with bunk beds, bedside tables and cupboard. Possibility to put a baby bed in this room. Baby bed available in the rental with a mattress (free).

The entrance leads to the living room, the kitchen, the living room and the lounge with a sofa bed of 1m60.
The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hobs, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge (large capacity) with integrated freezer (purchased April 2018), toaster, coffee maker, kettle, blender, raclette machine and TV.

Upstairs, the bathroom has a bath and a washing machine. The toilets are separate.

The apartment has a locked ski locker and free public underground parking.
The location of the apartment in the heart of the resort is particularly privileged: free underground parking at 30 m, slopes, shops, restaurants, ski school, nursery, playground for children.
In Winter : 65 Kms of slopes for all levels. Ski school for children, free night skiing, torchlight descent for children organized by the ESF.
In summer: Swimming pool with slide, trampoline, mountain bike course, horse riding, climbing, various activities. Possibilities of hiking and via ferrata in the Vanoise Park.
