Located at the edge of the tracks (departure and return "skis to feet"), in 5mn with foot of the heart of the station and the trade, in 4 km of Barcelonnette, this country cottage built on 2000 m2 of ground, offers a superb sight on the surrounding mountains, and enjoys an ideal sunning.
The whole chalet is nicely decorated and includes all the modern equipment. 4 ****
The ground floor (at the level of the access road for cars), includes an entrance hall, leading to 3 bedrooms, a shower room, a separate toilet, a laundry room and a "ski room" (with storage for skis and shoes and a large clothes cupboard).
A staircase leads to the first floor, which includes a large room with a dining area and a sitting area with a fireplace, a very bright room thanks to a large sliding window and large windows in the front.
This room is located at the level of the garden, and the terrace, where you will find, garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue, wood reserve, track sledges for the children.
A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet are also located on this level.
A wooden staircase leads to the mezzanine floor with a large closed bedroom and a lounge/TV area.
