Magnificent chalet located on the ski slopes in the Praz de LYs resort. Ski in and ski out. Direct access to ski lifts, ESF meeting point, cross-country and pedestrian trails. From the chalet you have an exceptional panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.
The road to the chalet is cleared of snow, and there is a garage and parking.
The chalet comprises 6 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and TV.
An open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, American fridge and wine cellar, with a bar separating it from the dining room. This dining room opens directly onto the large south-facing terrace with its jaccuzzi, furniture and view of Mont Blanc.
A cosy living room with two sofas. In the basement, a sauna with separate bathroom, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Our beds are all 160cm x 200cm and 90cm x 200cm.
The chalet is a 5-minute walk from the center and shops.
