ADAR +: Multiple-risk insurance for your holiday.

Protect yourself from unexpected events and unpleasant surprises which could compromise your stay!

This insurance is available through ALBINET.

A complete package of cover for only 5% of the total amount of the rental, including:

  • Trip cancellation (illness, death of a close family member, economic redundancy, etc.)
  • Interruption of your stay
  • Holiday centre civil liability (Corporal and material damage, damage to the property entrusted)
  • Repatriation assistance (illness, injury, death, etc.)

BUT ALSO:

  • Non-conformity of the property rented
  • Cover for monetary losses resulting from dishonest or fraudulent acts that you are a victim of.

If you have reserved a rental property for your holiday, we would like to inform you that you can take out the Adar + insurance which will allow you to:

  • Be reimbursed for amounts paid or to be paid in the case where an event prevents you from going to the location of your holiday
  • Have rental Civil Liability insurance for the material damage caused subsequent to a fire, explosion, water damage.

    As an indicator, we would like to remind you that this insurance is valid for rentals throughout the entire world.
    In accordance with Article R 511 -1- III of the Insurance Code, our status as an "indicator" for insurance products, allows us to put you into contact with our partner, but under no circumstances does it allow us to "present, propose or assist in concluding insurance or reinsurance contracts or carry out other work in preparation for the concluding thereof".
